utsushi is not detecting scanner device (T5967) #148

Thank you all you guys for solving issue //(graphicsmagick related)// with Epson L365 scanner: https://dev.solus-project.com/T4899 My Solus is now fully updated and my Epson L365 scanner finally works correctly, but there's another new little problem: when I launch utsushi, it says that no device is connected. So I must restart my machine //(with scanner turned on and connected via usb)//, and only after that utsushi see my scanner and works fine.

On my XP 4100, the issue is that a remotely connected scanner (e.g. WiFi) cannot be detected. I must connect it via USB.
