Reason for deprecation

It has been deprecated upstream and replaced by python-platformdirs which is already available in repository

We still a few packages that depends on this, namely:

• vorta
• python-pyppeteer
• printrun
• subliminal
• python-platformdirs (the supposed replacement)

Need more research on this later
