Discover: error after performing update - unlink Directory not empty

Summary

After performing a regular system update using Discover I saw an error unlinkat(staging-5c0f5eda-71f8-4285-bc13-a9e943559ae8-63Aek7): Directory not empty

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Discover
2. Run updates

Expected result

Updates complete without an error

Actual result

Error unlinkat(staging-5c0f5eda-71f8-4285-bc13-a9e943559ae8-63Aek7): Directory not empty

I searched my system for the directory, and it did not exist (anymore?) Possible race condition?

I didn't find any upstream bugs even vaguely related, I'd like us to check out the possibility it's a back end issue in Solus before reporting upstream

Just got the same error (2 different files)

Just got this error again. The only system package was Thunderbird, The rest were 3 flatpaks and some supporting libraries for them
