Inkscape: We don't ship tutorials or provide them in a separate package #3050

Please confirm there isn't an existing open bug report

Summary

Inkscape has a bunch of built-in tutorials, which we don't make available.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Inkscape.
  2. Go to Help > Tutorials and click a tutorial.

Expected result

A tutorial to open, or the suggested inkscape-tutorials package to exist in the repository.

Actual result

The tutorial doesn't exist on the system, and we have no inkscape-tutorials package to install.

Team: How should we package this? Should the tutorials be split into a separate package? If the tutorial files aren't too big, I'd be in favor of simply including them in the base package.

On second thought, the tutorials are developed in a separate repo and have their own build setup- should be a separate package. PR incoming later today.
