Why should this be included in the repository?

KDE's own office suite that integrates perfectly with KDE and does not require a third-party office suite.

same as the complete KDE project, so yes

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

All kind of users, it's a office suite. How many? Don't really know. I think a large proportion of Solus KDE users

In the meanwhile it's available via flathub. That's OK for me
