Discover: Error during update that nvidia driver not installed

Summary

When performing regular updates in Discover, I saw the error org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-550-107-02/x86_64/1.4 not installed

Steps to reproduce

Open Discover, do updates

Expected result

No errors, all updates are installed

Actual result

Errors

unlinkat(staging-985be7d2-b4ba-4385-8744-37fa7bc6e231-BH4rbi): Directory not empty

org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-550-107-02/x86_64/1.4 not installed

Apparently all updates completed. Refreshing, the update list only showed an update for Dell Firmware that was not listed in eopkg.bin history for the last update

I don't know if the unlink errors are related, including them since these were all the errors in the update

The unlink error can happen independently of this, I had opened getsolus/packages/issues/2966 for that

The nVidia driver was already up to date, and not listed by eopkg.bin history as being in the last update
