Compiz 0.8.18 does not start

Summary

When start compiz manually from terminal i got error:

compiz --replace ccp

Entity: line 1: parser error : Extra content at the end of the document
 name="force_independent_output_painting" type="bool"/></screen></core></compiz>
                                                                               ^
compiz (core) - Warn: Unable to parse XML metadata

Steps to reproduce

Start some X11 session
Run compiz --replace ccp
Get core.xml parsing error

Expected result

Compiz is running correctly

Actual result

Compiz does not start
