Success dialog may not show #7

As noted in #5. The success/error popup dialog may not show. Figure out why/when this happens.

This is terminal output of successful Budgie installation (locale de_DE). Terminates with Finished and window stays open.

Alright, looks like it's failing to connect to the solus-matetransition-authorizer over dbus. Plus the error isn't handled properly.

This is terminal output of transition tool run in Budgie while removing MATE where it ends without Successfully Completed Transition to {} We hope you enjoy using your new desktop environment.
