remove useless installation of test and remaining doc files during #15

Files in doc, data and tests sub-directories are still included in the distribution (thanks to MANIFEST.in file) but not copied during package installation.

Potential fix for #10

Tests are included inside spams as a sub-module, that can be called from Python.
