Bumped Electron from v2.0.0 to v3.0.4
Added TypeScript and linter
Added electron-mocha with a Travis CI config
Added debugger configuration for main, renderer and playground webview
Created a light README with accurate commands
Revamped our playground
Improved the protocol file handler
Moved from electron-chrome-extension to chrome-extension scheme
Fixed Tab#url property
Fixed the RPC implementation in the chrome.storage API
Hooked extension lifecycle event

Did a static review, saw nothing important (except 1 thing). Did not test though. Ok for merge after figuring out the 1 thing.
