Sync formula builder with options from the CDN
Add redshift formula to add-on
Add redshift formula to formula builder
Add redshift formula to formula builder's compare functionality
Change CDN path to https://cdn.x.macroscope.io/aws-pricing/testing/to_prod

Please note: I'm using the testing CDN path: https://cdn.x.macroscope.io/aws-pricing/testing/formula_builder.json This will be replaced later by the production path
