MVP implementation: mail #14

Since #5 seems to have been decided, let's start adding hardening guides, etc to make sure this is secure. I'm sure there's a tool to run against mail servers to determine how secure they are.

Agree+: I'm for an approach that involves running an automated tool and asserting no flags.

I would like to see some testing for less security type checking as well, I have used open relay testers, but not the other stuff.
