Implement a dropdown for entity kills

Currently, there is no controlled way to configure entities. We should add it just like we have for items.

First needs backend work to load entity types in the DB

Requirements

Create a separate list of entities in the system
Implement a dropdown component that uses this entity list
Replace the current item selection in player kills and entity kills configurations with this new entity dropdown
Ensure the dropdown is used in both the frontend interface and any relevant API endpoints
