[CalDav] Synchronize tasks that are in a "sub-tag" of the "DAV_" tag #842

Currently, the CalDav sync only synchronizes tasks that are explicitly tagged with a DAV_ tag.

Since GTG has the concept of subtag, it would be great that tasks that are in a subtag of a DAV_ tag also get synchronized, despite not being explicitly tagged with a DAV_ tag themselves.

I'm also having difficulties to organize Tasks as I use CalDAV sync with Nextcloud. I would like all tasks to be synced : I guess that syncing all the local tasks for every user could be a problem for people using several accounts or sharing just some tasks with family or so, but on the other hand it is time consuming to manually tag every single task in order to sync it.
