Revamp the export plugins, offer Markdown export and Gnote memo export/integration, for archival purposes #974

When a task is done that resulted in an outcome I need to refer to later, I'd rather not have to exit the system and file it into another system if possible.

I've noticed that any tag I applied to the task disappears from the left hand side when the task is moved to done and there is no other pending task with that tag. So I can't use a @reference tag for that purpose. Unless I missed something.

Suggestions welcome.

Indeed we don't really have a long-term archival system like that, the app is for actionable tasks rather than for documentation/memos. For memos, personally I use .markdown files or GNote.

However, I understand the wish for a more streamlined one-click solution.

I'll rename this and leave this open as a wish for anyone in the community to fix this (once we're done with the massive #737 issue / 0.7 release).
