Update Jellyfin to linuxserver/jellyfin:10.9.3 #1117

Excellent, thanks for this update @Dviros!

Jellyfin just released 10.9.4 before I reviewed this, so I bumped the image to this latest version.

I also updated the umbrel-app.yml (see here: https://github.com/getumbrel/umbrel-apps/pull/1117/commits/2c907ea3373ad3e9096235c40e985877308aac84). These changes are what triggers umbrelOS to show a user that a new update of Jellyfin is available.
