Add Blockstream Liquid #555

Could it be a good idea to add Blockstream Liquid into Umbrel? And in case, suggest to install it, only if you have a rpi with 8GB of ram?

This would be great if it could be made into an app on the Umbrel appstore!

With Specter now supporting Liquid but requiring Elements it would be useful to have Elements as an app. https://specter.solutions/liquid-for-bitcoiners-1-4-confidential-transactions/

I think this will be the next step to have complete Self-Custody of our asset

Elements Core (A Liquid network node) is available on the Umbrel App Store: https://apps.umbrel.com/app/elements

If there is another implementation that people are hoping for please feel free to reopen this issue.
