IP not detectable after internet loss #197

Not able to ssh to the Umbrel IP address after a drop in internet service. Pi continued to have power throughout the outage. System was nominal before that.

ssh: connect to host [IPaddress]. port 22: Connection timed out

Umbrel not detectable by AngryIP Scanner.
