WILDS repository info #2

Using the github api via the gh package is easy (e.g., API method for getting org repos), so we can do that.

But we likely want to partition out packages on the website by type and/or status badges. Only a few WIILDS repos are using status badges right now. And we have no way of partitioning repos based on type of repo, e.g., workflow vs. package. This could be done using github topics, those label things you can add if you click the little ⚙️ icon on the landing page of a repo.
