Color scheme picker like mdBook #16

Hi,

Would it be feasible to add a color scheme picker like mdBook provides - e.g. with the paintbrush icon at the top here: https://erwabook.com/intro/ ?

I'm not very familiar with CSS or SASS, but I think it'd be a really useful feature if it's not already possible.

Probably not if you have syntax highlighting since in zola it's done at build time while mdbook does it via JS. If we don't want to change the highlighting theme then it's doable but I don't think it should be part of this theme since it would require adding JS.
