KaTeX support #16

These commits add support for KaTeX to the Zola Even theme.

Inclusion into Zola directly was rejected (getzola/zola#442), because as I understand it Zola will only support features and short codes in its default set that do not require JavaScript. Since the Even theme already uses JavaScript in other places and we use the Even theme, I assume a better place to integrate our KaTeX support patch would be here.
