Collect data all day, not just when the sun is up. #4

I'm using these inverters in a micro hydro power scheme, which, obviously, runs all the time.

This pull request removes the check for the sun being up.

Would this create an unacceptable increase in storage requirements when used with solar panels?

I have added an option to allow 24x7 polling, hopefully your inverters will not lock up.
