I'm submitting this pull request to clarify package's description a bit :)
I was looking for a Node.js package to actually parse htpasswd file and stumble upon your package. To be honest, I was a bit mislead at first by the original description ;)
So I figured it would be nice to explicitly state that this is a command-line tool and not a programmatic module people might be looking for.
