fix: cookie policy, privacy policy, and donot sell info sections #53

fixed:

  1. footer cookie policy format, added links, & hover blue on links
  2. removed cookie settings link in footer
  3. added hover blue to privacy policy links
  4. changed text-dark to text-black
  5. removed commented out code in footer file
