Add line graphs for k-means clustering (time course data) #536

What value do you see this adding? Some gene expression data is time course data. It is often helpful to should time course data as line graphs.

Additional context Probably there are special R packages for analyzing time-course data, especially time-course data. For example, https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/TCseq/inst/doc/TCseq.pdf

This package looks interesting, I want to clean up my current PR and a few other low-hanging data input issues first.

I will look into this when I have time.

@gexijin how much of our current workflow is suited for Time Series Analysis and how much guidance do we want to try to give to the user?
