Nothing in Pathway/Significant pathways, but something in Tree, Network and Heatmap

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to idep1.1
2. Select species as
3. Upload the data file: FissionYeast2_tryout_genecounts.csv and design file: FissionYeast2_designFile.csv
4. Go to DEG1, select both factors and interaction, keep everything as default and submit
5. Go to Pathway, select PGSEA as method, GOBP as geneset
6. See error, nothing in Significant pathway subtab, but plots in Tree, Network and Heatmap subtab

Expected behavior Should the result in Significant pathway subtab, Tree, Network and Heatmap subtab match with each other?
