Is your feature request related to a problem? What value do you see this adding? Please describe.
For those organism having both ensembl and STRINGdb species, like Human and STRING.9606.Homo, some id types are not included in both species, which makes the user confused, because the system will give error message if it cannot find the relative gene id type in the selected species. For example, enter "Ensembl_protein_id" from STRING.9606.Homo, but select species as Human, the system will tell you that ID not recognized.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a note in the first page that it's better to select the ensembl species primely. If the ids are not covered in ensembl species, try the STRINGdb species.
