Suggest adding a submit button to all tabs #622

Is your feature request related to a problem? What value do you see this adding? Please describe. It would be great to have a submit button on the left panel to all tabs. I see that some tabs have it and they run faster. The Pre-process and PCA tabs are currently quite slow as they refersh every time a setting is changed.

Describe the solution you'd like this would work faster is the system waits for user to set all the settings and submit a button.
