This runs fine with the demo data on my machine. I do not have much other data to test it further with, but I would be happy to if someone send me some. I was not sure how we wanted to format a long matrix filter such as lines 919-920 of mod_05_deg.R as it is longer than the 80 character margin without any clear breaks. I do not know if this is an issue.
