Describe the bug The heatmap filter in DEG2 does not work when examining DEGs related to the interaction termsTo Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the app from your laptop

  2. Select 'Mouse' as species.

  3. Select "2x2 design; Mouse" from the dropdown next to "load demo".

  4. Click "Load demo"

  5. Run DEG. Create a model with interaction terms as below and click Submit. image

  6. Go to DEG2. Select the interaction term: image

  7. Turn on the filter by changing "All Genes" to "10". See error.
