DEG1 Error (Web) #657

Hi,

i am using iDEp for the first time on .

I am using a file with RNAseq data (log2FPKM) from 5 murine tumour samples. Everything works fine up to DEG1. When I submit the calculation a general error window pop-up. In other case, calculation appear to be fine, but no data are there in the DEG1 page.

What is causing this error? Thank you in advance!

I'm having the same issue. It happens with the local docker version as well. My dataset has 38 samples and ~20K genes, maybe it's too large?
