4 months ago I'm having the same issue. It happens with the local docker version as well. My dataset has 38 samples and ~20K genes, maybe it's too large?

Hi,
i am using iDEp for the first time on .
I am using a file with RNAseq data (log2FPKM) from 5 murine tumour samples. Everything works fine up to DEG1. When I submit the calculation a general error window pop-up. In other case, calculation appear to be fine, but no data are there in the DEG1 page.
What is causing this error? Thank you in advance!
