GstApp plugin not built #127

r607 - Delete duplicated gstapp project - prevents libgstapp.dll from building.

The deleted project builds the plugin:
Build\Windows\Win32\Release\bin\plugins\libgstapp.dll

The other project builds the dll
Build\Windows\Win32\Release\bin\libgstapp-0.10.dll

We need both for appsink and appsrc, so could you revert r607?

I also needed to apply this patch to /Main/GStreamer/Windows/Install/Merge 
Modules/Plugins/Base/Plugins-Base.wixproj
