Iso Codes soft dependencies #23

From the 'good' release announce in the ML:
"Note to packagers: this release adds a new soft-dependency on the
iso-codes package."
I believe in deploying the iso-codes xml files under the
share/xml/iso-codes/ folder.
Can you handle it?
