RTSPsrc sends unicode characters. It doesn't conform the RTSP standatd. #40

This element sends unicode characters in the headers, at least in the Date: 
header.
The bug was patched: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=617636
It would be good to have this patch

Hi,
We only backport patches for critical bugs because otherwise it would be insane 
to
maintain it. Since this patch is very likely to be include in the next upstream
release, you it will only be included with the next release. 
Furthermore building a single plugin with OSSBuild is trivial, so if you need 
it for
work you can easily patch it yourself.
