libgstfarsight-0.10.dll installed although I disabled it in installer #80

In the installer I selected not to install the Farsight but I notice that the 
libgstfarsight-0.10.dll file was installed anyway.
The GStreamer version is latest beta 1 of 0.10.7.

It should be harmless. I agree that it's not ideal, but all those libs are put 
into a merge module that I can't pick and choose from right now. This needs 
fixing, but in a more general sense (e.g. also with the opengl libs, etc.).

I'll move this into a more general issue.
