Installer features need to be more selective #81

From a user:

In the installer I selected not to install the Farsight but I notice that the 
libgstfarsight-0.10.dll file was installed anyway.
The GStreamer version is latest beta 1 of 0.10.7.

The merge modules for gst dependent libs need to be more genericized so we can 
pick and choose which dlls (such as libgstfarsight) are installed instead of it 
being all or nothing (as it currently stands).
