Move some elements from Patient/Diagnosis to Biospecimen/Characteristics #52

Doing some pruning now, it can be observed that there are elements in Patient/Diagnosis that conceptually makes more sense/is more useful in Biospecimen/Characteristics than the patient's diagnosis, such as:

Morphology
Gross Tumor Weight (applicable to tumor samples)
