@anngvu in the governance glossary they say AR stands for "Access requirement" Thoughts? https://sagebionetworks.jira.com/wiki/spaces/GOV/pages/2204992041/Governance+Glossary

@cconrad8 Good review catch! AR is Access Restriction probably bc I've been reading this Confluence page too much. I think I can include both expansions.
