Use binary-install package to automatically download pre-built binaries for specific platforms
Will need to find a solution to cross-compile these triples:
- x86_64-pc-windows-msvc
- x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
- x86_64-apple-darwin
- aarch64-apple-darwin
