Can't find software SDA mentioned in codes #2

Dear author,

I sincerely thank you for making the code public. Your research article Eighty million years of rapid evolution of the primate Y chromosome is truly excellent and has provided me with valuable insights. I have a question regarding a software SDA mentioned in the article Supplementary Note Fig. 1. I was wondering where I could obtain this software because I am also trying to assemble chromosome Y.
