chore: add option to add backend url during buildtime #78

@AnnaUgrai our frontend application is being built (with the built command), and the backend URL is changing. Locally we need localhost ... other places other values, so that the frontend should be configurable. (<- this is the configuration)

btw what is "Mtks"?
