could not find function "%<>%" #4

Dear devs,

when running your example code from https://ourcodingclub.github.io/tutorials/inla/, the line Efxplot(list(IM0.1, IM0.2)) yields

> Efxplot(list(IM0.1, IM0.2))
Error in rownames(Graph) %<>% str_replace_all(":", "_") : 
  could not find function "%<>%"

I could not get rid of the problem myself. I guess, a dependency is missing but the search query "%<>%" does not work well with google (or duckduckgo). Any help is appreciated.
