What steps will reproduce the problem?
Twitter is currently down for maintenance. Requests are returned an HTML page
with title "Twitter / Maintenance". This triggers a "json decoding"
TwitterError exception.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice to parse the title and raise a better TwitterError. Patch
attached.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.8.2, python 2.6.5
