Would it be possible to have mytrades implemented with options parameter (only), similar with implementation of orderbook?

This would also "fix" #14.

PR #16 implements mytrades symbol is mandatory parameter and options is optional

Note that Bitfinex API documentation for method mytrades is misleading:

Parameter timestamp is optional
Parameter until is supported:
until (time): Optional. return only trades before or a the time specified here
