This PR adds satysfi.0.0.3.

I’m still wondering descriptions of maintainer, synopsis, and description sections.

I’d be happy if I could get comments and improve the content.

Memo: gfngfn/satysfi#147 adds synopsis and description to the OPAM file.

~~@nekketsuuu I’m new to Travis. Could you please help me by answering my question? Most samples and documents in the Internet mention .travis.yml but not .travis-Dockerfile.template. If I simply updated .travis-Dockerfile.template, would Travis automatically use it?~~
