Add bower.json #271

Pretty simple bower.json, generated with bower init

I use jquery.selectBoxIt to be consistent with grunt or npm

Also add demos to ignore.

It looks like the travis build broke with this PR. Could you check why that is?

Seems to be related to https://github.com/marcoslin/angularAMD/issues/57

Maybe another PR for .travis.yml is necessary
