Long menus are cut off on smaller screens #19

When you add lots of items to the menu, the bottom few items can be cut off on smaller or even average size screens, meaning you can't actually scroll to the bottom items because the menu stays fixed in position.

Here is an example:

In the latest Tocify release, I added a max-height css attribute to the TOC. By default, the max-height is set to 90%, but 70% would probably work better for you. Please update to the latest version and let me know if this doesn't work for you!

Thanks for taking a look at this Greg! It doesn't look like it has worked unfortunately after updating the files on this -

It has also made me notice another issue. When you scroll to the bottom of the page, the menu overlaps with the footer. I could just remove the footer in this instance (it is just the copyright stuff) but thought I would mention it.

I'm also having the same issue. Have there been any updates since to correct this issue?
