Can't have two tocifyin same page #86

It would be nice if you can insert two tocify in the same page with different options, obviously in two different container. I'm thinking about insert one side-menu with e.g. selectors: "h1,h2,h3" and one in collapsable-menu for mobile with selectors: "h1,h2".
