VTKlogger: bugs in drawing regions #20

The logger doesn't draw cuboidal regions.

Also, the logger depicts cilinders as artsy DNA, I don't know if this should be the default..

That one actually I fixed once. Didn't I include it in one of my commits back then when Laurens arrived? I also increased the detail level of the cylinders.
