samples: bd_propagator #5

Can anyone tell me what's the purpose of this code? It uses commands that apparently directly refer to C++ code. Perhaps this is outdated?

It also makes extensive use of the VTK module, but this also seems outdated eGFRD syntax.

Should I just throw this sample away?

They are fairly recent tests for the c++ version of the brownian dynamics simulator.

It would be very nice if someone could fix and document the samples, but I would start with the ones that use the EGFRDSimulator.
